setperseus

Syntax: setperseus comport port_number

This command sets the optical port of an Optec Perseus Instrument Selector using the COM Port "comport" to "port_number". The variable COMPORTERROR is set accordingly.

getperseus

Syntax: getperseus comport

This command queries an Optec Perseus Instrument Selector using the COM Port "comport". The current optical port number (1 to 4) is stored in the variable PERSEUS. The variable COMPORTERROR is set accordingly.
